I purchased 4 bikini hair removal treatments from laserperfect for nearly 1800.00. On my first visit the nurse rushed through the procedure and missed 40% of the area. I contacted the company to request a new nurse for my second visit but instead of receiving a new nurse the company gave my home phone number to the original nurse where she took it upon herself to call me at 10:30pm and reprimand me for complaining about her technique. On my second visit the nurse was even worse, she was extremely unprofessional and told me that I didn't know enough about the biology of "hair removal" to complain about how she performed the procedure.
(I am a biology PhD. student so I can guarantee you that my complaints were not from lack of knowledge)

As if my first two treatments were not bad enough the third treatment was a disaster. I have a tattoo that is located on my hip ~2 inches from my bikini line. While the nurse was rushing through the procedure she ran the laser over my tattoo. It caused intense pain that made me jump. I asked her why it all of a sudden hurt so badly and she informed me that I must be overly sensitive.

When I got home I had a pus-filled blister right at the bottom of my tattoo. The burn was so deep it took nearly 2 months to heal. It left me with a hypo-pigmented scar the exact size of the laser head. I contacted Laserperfect over and over again. When they finally did return my phone call 8 week later they informed me that I had signed a waiver of release and that they were not responsible for the damage done to my skin or my tattoo.

After repeated threats of legal action they offered me two additional treatments at no cost but refused to refund my 1800.00. Since I could not afford a lawyer I no other option but to accepted the two treatments.

Here I am now 6 treatments later with less than 5% hair loss and a big nasty scar in the middle of my tattoo. Not only and I out 1800.00 I am also out 300.00 for the tattoo. Not to mention the 3 doctors visits that I had after the burn occurred.

The last treatment that I had was scheduled for 1:00pm on a Saturday. On Friday afternoon Tiffany from laserperfect called me and TOLD me that they were moving my appointment from 1:00pm to 9:45am and that I could either come in at 9:45 or re-schedule for another day. She said that there was a 3-hour time window between my appointment and the appointment before mine and that the company did not want to pay the nurse to sit and wait for my appointment at 1:00pm.

AVOID this place at all cost. You will not see any results and they will take you for all you have.
