I worked hard to get my degree. I really hate hearing about these sniveling idiots say "I didn't know about all the assignments so I need help." If you cannot do the course work get out of school and make room for someone who will study and be honest about their work. And you talk about ethics - look the word up in the dictionary and apply to yourself, doesn't fit does it.

I can only hope your professor finds out and flunks you this is cheating, pure and simple.

And for the person doing the homework for others - shame on you.

And the excuse EVERYBODY DOES IT is just a self justification for being a weak, lazy person.

The business is sold and I wanted all of you to know how wonderful you are!!! The woman that I sold to is spectacular and one of the smartest people alive. As for this saga with Andrea, the only person that you are hurting know is Joaquin. I guess its your choice really, but the man was very good to you with completing your statistics class at Empire.

I hope that the slander that you have created does not get back to your clients, as I am sure that they would be a little bothered by this. Ellis and Mercedes especially. Karma is a strange thing and I am a very fortunate woman in my life. I have my education, wealth, a beautiful home, a fabulous husband, fantastic children.......you name it. I hope one day that you are able to find the serenity that I have in your life. Things are peaceful that way.

You'll never believe this!!!! Because of this I have an interview with a MAJOR paper that wants to know all about me and what actually happened here!!! Ha!! First it is ridiculous to have a complaint about a company that you did not pay to do a service that was not done. This company does not say that it is free and clearly states that payment is required before services are rendered. Second, I actually took a class where the accuser went to school awhile back and I will be teaching there next semester. I will have a conversation with the Dean at Empire about the "ethical standards" of this student. Empire State College is a good school but the curriculum is simple

State University of New York Empire State........That is the University Andrea attends. I thank you both for your responses and your support. It was a little upsetting for me when this was initially done, but my clients laughed when I sent out the emails with the initial post attached.

I am using this service right now and this lady is WONDERFUL. All she does is perfect work and she is always on time! You must have done something wrong and I read the responses to your post. Why didn't you send her the right information? She is the best no doubt.

Also, she said her Grandma was ill. Why do you have an issue with that? That is not an excuse, that's family and she needs to take care of her family. You also said that you did not pay her for the extra work. Her policy is that everything is paid for upfront. I'm not getting where you have any relevancy with this post.

She also said she was on vacation. Wheres the problem with that. She deserves it don't you agree? She helps people so that they can have free time and learn and live a little. Isn't she entitled to that too? I don't know why your so upset but to try to ruin someones life over it is childish. I go to the same school as you and I know this curriculum is difficult and time consuming but in truth it's your responsibility not hers if something is missing because of you not being clear and it looks like you are just trying to pass the blame on someone else.

For whoever wrote the negativity......take a moral inventory of yourself before you attempt to destroy another humans livelihood. It is not fair what you are doing to her and her family. How would you like it if someone wrote false stuff about you?

I am very surprised that you would write such things about Susan and her service. She assisted over 200,000 people and you are the only one that has ever complained. I work with her every now and again and she has assisted me with my class work too. I am now a lawyer due to her brilliance and compassion years ago when I experienced the loss of my Mother.

Reading your comments made me wonder what really transpired and I reviewed the rebuttal. The rebuttal is accurate and I am certain that Susan did not blow you off, in actuality, she showed you true compassion by doing the class for you and letting you be on a payment plan. Why would you say that she did a decent job when her work received close to perfect grades every time she did assignments for you?

Also, why would you jeopardize yourself and others that need confidentiality with this type of service. I commend her for not contacting Ellis and telling them what you are doing. She just doesn't work like that though, instead she'll do nothing and let things like this ride rather than react.

As a business owner yourself that lists the college that you attend as a client, I have to say that you have not thought the repercussions through. I am certain that you have done other classes on your own and to risk that because another business woman was to busy to assist you would not have been my first choice.

That's all for me! I speak out of my own experience that Susan is a reliable and intelligent woman that does an excellent job and there are thousands of others that would agree with me. I'll be sending out a mass email in order to get her support with this! Rethink what you've done here Ms. H, this just isn't right.

I clearly stated in my emails to you as well as my web page that I needed complete information. Fortunately for you, a lot of what you sent was that way and was completed on time, every and received a 80% or higher, as I promised. I was not here as I stated to you. I was away twice. Once on vacation and once because of a family illness. I do not answer emails during vacation or during family crisis. I am entitled to do that as I am entitled to decline work at anytime. You did not pay me for the work that was not done, so my ethics are not in question here.

Sure I could have, that was not the issue. The issue was that I was not here and when I was, I did not receive an email from you. The issue is that you could not submit the exams and the assignments because your Professor locked the boards when I was here briefly. Remember that day? I do. I advised you to contact your Professor and let me know when the the board was accessible. I had a family illness to tend to about a week after that l asked an associate to let you know about and in todays emails you acknowledged that you were advised and used vulgarity and threats all through out those emails today. That's illegal, just so we are clear.

Here's my excuse as you call it......I was on vacation and then tending to a sick relative. You had 2 months to find another service to assist you with this and you chose not to do that even after you were advised that I was not here. My code of ethics was followed. I went to take care of my Grandma and I went away with my husband who has been denied that for years due to my dedication with my work and I didn't pick up business email or business messages during that time because I promised him that I wouldn't.

It probably would have taken longer than 2 hours too, but even if it was going to only take 15 minutes, thats my option. I chose not to work during that time and I have every right to do that. I have a spouse and children and dogs and life just like everyone else and I'm not sorry that I took a little time off to live it and take care of someone that I love.

I am going to leave it at this. I did nothing wrong to you or anyone else. I did exactly what you asked me to do and when I did not want to do anymore you reacted this way. Would you want me to show the school that you attend you emails? I won't do that because I do have ethical standards so don't worry. I will however report this to the Police if emails filled with vulgarity and threats continue.
