Groeger solicits his marketing on the internet. I have been receiving his 1 page email for years and decided to try it. He personally assured me verbally
and on his agreement I would have "people needing my services take my call".

He sells mortgage leads presumably generated by telemarketers and then these leads are faxed over to me. I became suspicious of this guy with the
first fax. People I contacted off the leads were irritable and had in fact already been contacted by 25, 30, or even more mortgage loan reps. The people contacted had already completed the refi process weeks prior.

This guy is a blatant fraud and a thief. I sent him a check for 980.00 and have a copy of his agreement and check.
