Laurie Hart and Associates, Vacation Tree I was scamed of $853 Like many others who were led and cheated by VT and Laurie Hart and a*s. El Cajon, California

My wife and I were given the same offer as many others. Vacation Tree Guarantees the sale of your Time Share or they will purchase it at Market Value. We were told that our TS was worth $19,000 and like many we were very sceptical.Vacation Tree led us to believe that if they didnt sell our timeshare that they would buy it themselves. Through the whole process,before we sent the $853, they were so curtiouse and conciderate. Answerening any questions we had. returning phone calls. After they had our money, that all changed in a hury. I had to call them for any info. All I ever recieved was, wait,wait, wait. After the 10 months was up and we hadnt recieved a single offer, we decided to give the MARKET VALUE OFFER a try. This was told to us to take aprox. 10 weeks,and that they rarely ever have this process ever take more than a couple of weeks,took more than 14 weeks,and many,many calls to find out what was going on. Not till I filed a compaint with the BBB did I see some action. I was told by the so called manager,during a long and drawn out conversation,that ended in them telling me that they were very aware of the filing to the BBB.

All of sudden they had a offer on their desk. VT mentioned they would be sending it out on July 21st. and I recieved this on August. 4th 2012. My offer for an $19,000 valued from VT, timeshare is now valued from Laurie hart and Associates at $128.00. Ironicly when I look at the addresses on both the Vacation Tree and Laurie Hart and a*s., They are are the same. Phone numbers and empoyees. This is a colaboration of scam artists in the same building.
