I felt that I had to write this, in case anyone out there is interested in finding out what it is like to work for this person.  Initially, she may come across and a nice, friendly person, but cannot maintain that persona.  She has been released from other positions before!  She not longer works at VSD, and was released for creating a hostile work environment. She is probably looking for logistics-type work.  She has had numerous harassment charges made against her.  She has no business supervising people, so please take this as a word of warning!!!
