Law Office of Benjamin Greene Incompetent, rude, don't return calls and they charge WAY to much! Bakersfield, California

First off I promise that EVERY single positive review you see here was paid for by Ben Greene's firm.  They offer you $100 off your bill to post a good review.  

This law firm is by far the most unprofessional place of business that I have ever dealt with!  they went to court for us twice and all in all we paid them about $3500.  The first time that we had court we saw our lawyer in the hall and he didn't even know we had court that day.  He wasn't prepared, he didn't prepare us, if we hadn't of gotten am awesome judge we would have lost!  The 2nd time in court was a different lawyer.  

They NEVER return calls.  The ONLY time I heard from them was from the accountant and that was to ask for more money!  We would call and call and no one would ever return our calls!  It took 5 weeks to get an endorsed copy of the last order we got from court - it should have taken no longer then 2-3 weeks.  

And DO NOT fall for the office manager's bs like we did!  He swore that we would have constant communication with no less then him.  He even told us that he was reachable on the weekends.  We called to complain numerous times and he only returned our call once and that was when we complained about the first lawyers performance in court.  

We were willing to pay as much as possible, all we wanted was for them to keep us in the loop on what our progress was and they refused!  Please save your money these people really are the WORST!
