Law Office Of Daniel L. Morris, Arturro Rodriquez, Paralegal Julie BEWARE! Rip-Off Texas. Worker's Comp. lawyer takes your money and does absolutely nothing Dallas Texas

Anyone having a worker's comp claim in Texas- DO NOT hire these people!!! I totally a wasted a year by hiring these sweet, smooth-talking, fat, lazy, inefficient, idiots!!!

Time after time I would call their office to folow up on my case and all I got was excuse after excuse. Items that were supposed to be filed for, like a BRC? Was like pulling teeth to get them up off their lazy a____s and drive less than a mile to the Ft. Worth field office to file for me. And that was their job!!!

Who is Daniel L. Morris anyway? Does he even exist? I never got to talk to him! The fat paralegal, Julie, wouldn't let you talk to anyone who actually KNEW anything. Actually, she's pretty much practicing law without a license. Just call and try to speak to a real lawyer....you'll get one excuse after another. Oh, and they have really crappy computers because they are always "down". Yeah, right!

When I did FINALLY have my BRC, which pretty much determined how the rest of my life would go, I get assigned to a lawyer (that's what they SAID he was, anyway) Arturro Rodriquez whom I didn't even know existed until 5 minutes before the BRC!!!! He knew NOTHING about my case!!! He misled me into signing an agreement that wasn't completed yet. We were supposed to be waiting on the results of an MRI.

Now, 3 years later I'm STILL fighting with my adjuster over that same exact MRI as determining compensability.
I DID take them to a BRC and recouped a little of my money but that was a small drop in the bucket compared to all the free money they raked in from me.

I went to get my file from them yesterday and there was nothing there except what I had mailed them myself.
No communications or faxes to anyone. No records of any BRCs filed. Not even the actual agreement nor any notes taken during the BRC by Arturro. Oh that's right, I remember, he didn't even have a pen. He had to borrow mine that day!!!

These rip-offs got paid $150/hr. to open my envelope I would mail to them, staple those records together, and stick them off in my file, never to be looked at again!!
I know because when I would call to follow up, that witch Julie would NEVER be able to find what I had mailed her and then I would fax it to her and STILL nothing ever got taken care of!!!!

They are frauds and don't even need to be in business. Bottom feeders, preying on ignorant injured workers.
I can't imagine going any lower than that!!!
They are collecting some baaaaad Karma.
