Do Not Do Business With Jack Hanks Or Kelly Mueller Of Phoenix/Scottsdale Arizona. Jack Hanks owns Restore1 INC and Kelly Mueller owns Renov8PHX. Both are in this scam together where they call small time tradesmen to work and rehab properties for their clients. When the properties are completed they send them to the next job. What ends up happening is that the contractors or workers never get paid for their work. Kelly finds the workers and hires them and Jack keeps the bulk of the money. Jack Hanks has been doing this scam nationwide and all you need to do is Google him to see who he is. They will both give you the run around on getting paid but it will never happen. You will need to put liens on the properties in order to recoupe your lost wages because they will never pay you. These guys are con artists who are operating out of their home,running a fraudulent company. Be Warned!!!
