Law Office Of Richard A Brennan Took $544, failed to pay creditors as promised ripoff Frederick Maryland

I agree with what was written earlier. I also had my accounts with Credicure and then they were transferred to this Law Office. After that, they drafted money out of my account for two months and never made the payments to the credit card companies. I emailed them and recieved no response. One week later I sent a letter with all the information, copies of bank account info showing the payments to them, copies of the credit card statements showing the missing payments, and letters from the credit card companies threatening to assess late fees and raise my interest rates unless the counseling agency made the payments.

Over 4 weeks later, I have recieved no response from them. Luckily, I was able to make the payments out of my own pocket. I am seriously pissed off. I am going to file an action claiming breach of contract if they do not give me my money back or make the payments soon. Has anyone else had this experience? How was it resolved with this office?
