I am a former employee of the Law office of Richard Clark..I have done collections for some time now, but have never in my life seen the things go on in an office that go on in that office.
The managers are constantly harrassing not only the people you are calling, but the employees of the law office.."GOTTA GET THAT QUOTA".. And if you don't, you are fired!!!
You are encouraged to harrass people, call their jobs, relatives, friends, family members or anyone who may possibly know this person.. You are even encourgaged to call their neighbors.. (They call them nearbys! WHATEVER)
They threaten these people by telling them they will take them to court and file lawsuits, put leins on their property, etc...
They have no compassion for the unemployed or the elderly...They "SEND THEM LOOKING" (as they call it) for the money supposedly owed by instilling fear into them....
Someone should close this place down.. If you show compassion for any of the people you call, you are considered a weak link in the company...
The economy is bad and there are actually people out there who dont have any extra money to spare... give me a break!
