Law office of Steve Kardell The firm did not give me fair representation and after taking the money was hard to get in contact with dallas texas

Beware. Now I'm out the money paid to this Firm as well as the company I hired Steve to collect my money from.
So my name is Joe B.. I hired this firm and the lead Attorney is Steve Kardell at 214-616-4654 and his assistant I've been dealing with is  Adrienne Donoho. I hired this firm to recover unpaid earned income from a trucking company called Landstar out of Jacksonville FL. It has been several months since I hired this firm and only a couple communications have been made after he took my $1000 and agreed to litigate the case at a fixed rate up to a certain recovery. Once he took the money he became very hard to reach by phone or email. Emails occasionally get answered and they claim they will contact you then never do. I attempted to reach Steve 1 day and he turned his phone off the second time I called. Several calls were made to his assistant and she simply kept pushing me to voicemail till I finally called back to back and they Steve answered her phone instead and started cursing me out. His comments were made that he didn't really care about my case and when I was trying to tell him I sent him documents that supported my case he kept cutting me off screaming like a child that he didn't care about my bleeping documents. They sent a couple measly letters to the company I'm trying to collect from but that has been it. I've sent 4 emails in the month of August with only one being answered and now that I've requested a refund my phone number seems to be blocked from calling in to their office.
I understand attorneys are busy people but when their assistant are ignoring you and they flat out blow you to voicemail all day long and the attorney himself turns his phone off and blocks you incoming calls there is something wrong.
