This firm is amazing in their scam. They took my parents for $9800.00. The original retainer was $2300.00 but every week his goonies called my parents needing another $1500.00 till the amount paid was $9800.00. He believes because my parents are Hispanic their stupid, well their not, and I am their daughter and i will see that he goes to jail, just watch.

My parents called him because he sent a flyer advertising he can do sue their lender, stop the sale and get them lower interest rates as well as a principal reduction, HE DID NOTHING, BUT CASH MY PARENTS CHECKS.
If you Google his name he has blogs everywhere to make his law firm seem relevant, but if you look closely, every blog, every website, he has about 11 at last count is only him doing the posting.

Its him everywhere on the Web, do you know why he does this. Because the more he post, the further it buries complaints such as this. He post good articles everyday about himself in order to hide all the bad articles that all the victims have posted. Hes a thief. Period !!!

After he lost my parents house, he then said he could keep them there for several months while he defends the eviction, because now the bank is evicting my parents, 3 weeks later the Marshal's office showed up at my parents door a 3800 square foot -6 bedrooms house and told them they have 5 days to move and posted a notice on the door.

All of our calls went unanswered to his law firm. The State Bar is investigating him as we speak, as well as the Attorney General Office. He did immigration law in 2004 and now he is a supposed expert in Real Estate, this man is a thief, liar and a professional con-artist.I posted a picture of his staff, and I ask you, does this really look like a legal team. This looks like con artist to me, and I have all the proof to put him in jail, I will spend my last dime and dying breath to see that he pays for his fraud, Keep watching his name and you will see.
