I spoke to Rafael Silva regarding my case, and he promised to help us and guaranteed that with an audit he will help us get a loan modification from the bank. After he took our $3700, he did not do anything as promised. Has refused to refund my money, all I ever heard were excuses.  Please do not use this company and do not believe what they say, they will take your money and not help.
