This company advertised on prime time tv and offered to contact my lender to modify my loan. I had to go through an hr interview process and sent them everything they required me to. They also drafted my account twice $1000.00 each time. I started this process in Feb of 2009 and havent had a call back in 2 months. They have a new answering message on their phone promising no more than a 3 day turn around in answering their calls.Right!!

You should contact the FTC.
The FTC is SUEING them in District Court for allegedly violating a few federal statutes. You can read about the lawsuit at the FTC website www.ftc.gov.
You should do this in case the court should rule against them and order resitution/refunds to clients.
You should also consult with an attorney to determine if you should bring your own lawsuit against them.
