Several months ago, I purchased two different auctions from seller. I paid via paypal, and several days later, got a notice that the auction had been cancelled. Since one auction was cancelled, I sent email to the seller via the other auction and got no reply.

Several days later, I recieved an email that this bunch had been thrown off ebay for improper practice. I had no way to contact them, no way to do anything and I lost over $30 plus shipping and couldn't do a thing about it.

This is a problem with eBay. People get away with murder on eBay even after eBay shuts them down because the people who have already paid for merchandise have no recourse to pursue their items.

I have recieved neither an apology for the problems, nor the items, even though they took my money. Nor have I ever been asked what happened by eBay, so how can they let them back in when they are stealing from people right and left. Everyone makes mistakes, but they are generally not intentional errors. These people knew they owed people money, they knew they had left people swinging in the breeze, yet no one made an attempt to make the buyers whole in this transaction.

I forgive them because God says we should not hold grudges and we should be in his image, but I do not forget what they did, nor should eBay.

I will not purchase from them again. Will never do one cent of business with them and will encourage anyone I know not to take a chance with them. It's hard enough to do business on eBay without having to worry about having prople like this doing business with people who are trying to do what is right and provide good value and service.

What all this tells me is that THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSCIENCE. Otherwise, they couldn't have lived with themselves having basically stolen money from people who didn't have a lot to spend. I buy and sell on eBay to help fund an abused and neglected childrens' program with makeup and rock tumbling and, indirectly, these people took away from my patients. No one gets away with hurting my patients.

I totally fund these two programs and give every spare cent to try to help them and to have my money squandored by someone like these people makes me so angry. Some of thesekids have nothing, especially after the two hurricanes, and when someone is trying to help them and that person is injured maliciously by this seller, I can't take that. These kids deserve better.

I sell on eBay to help others, not make money for myself. I sell because I love the children I work with and want to help make their lives better and help them cope with their tragedies. People who are fraudulent shouldn't be allowed to return to eBay.
