Simply put, this place uses pirated software for Microsoft Windows(any edition) Microsoft Office(any edition) as well as Symantec software. They are bad at repairing computers, and they rip you off. Do not ever bring your computer here or purchase one from them. All the computers they sell are "reflows." Another words they take a heat gun to the board and temporarily fix it. They do not offer any warranty and take forever. They also have several stores, one in Los Alamitos, and one on 7th street still in Long Beach. The owner does not know how to run the business, and the business license isn't legitimate for each store. Go ask them about it!
