They do all that they can you make people come into their offices.. They "market" or so its called stating.. dropping signs, which is illegal, flyering cars, and solicitation in stores and the malls... they are overcharging people.. by hundereds of dollars.. they charged me 687.00 who the hell does this.. you can get them just as MAXIMIZED as they say and be charged much less... they do not help the community whatsoever.. they try to talk to you quickly and get your phone number and harrass you until you come into the office  or eventually tell them to stop call you.. they do not know when to stop. they take advantage of the most part of the people they need to be shut down by the irs!!!

I am the manager at the Jimmy Carter location. I would like to extend my apologies if you received poor customer service.  Of course, that is not our intent at LBS.  I ask that you please come back to the office for us to discuss your dissatisfaction.  Customer service is of the upmost importance, and we don't want any customer to be unhappy leaving our office.  Please come see me as soon as possible.  I am Mrs. Riley and look forward to hearing from you soon.
