LDG Financial & ATT Wireless Harassing early morning phone calls from LDG Financial RipoffAtlanta Georgia

About two years ago ATT Wireless charged me $150 or so for a few minutes of roaming time when I was in Saint Thomas. I was not aware that it was roaming, because the display on the cell phone indicated it was a non-roaming call.

I protested, but I paid. But I also notified them that I was cancelling the service after five years. But they ignored me, and continued to charge me.

Because I had cancelled my service I did not pay them for their fraudulaent charges of about $68.

Now ATT has unleashed this collection agency on me -- LDG Financial. They probably have called a couple of dozen times with a recorded message that says to call them back, but after waiting for 20 minutes or so I have been forced to hang up.

We have received calls at 7:30 AM with their recorded message, and we have recently been getting calls in the middle of the night on my cell phone with no message. I can't prove it, but I believe it is LDG Financial because they started about the same time that LDG first contacted me a couple of months ago.

One thing for certain. I WILL NEVER PAY THEM, NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES ME TO GET EVEN WITH THEM. And if they continue to harass me, I will spend many hours contacting government agencies and legislators to put these guys out of business or get some regulatory constraint on their operations, enforced through the implementation of heavy penalities.

One final note. ATT Wireless seems to be affiliated with LDG Financial. I found this out when I went through their extensions when I had nothing to do while waiting for them to answer the call from MS Daniels.
