I signed a contract which gave me access through February 1, 2016 with Lead Liasion.

8 Weeks before my contract would have expired, they locked me out of my account, saying it was because of multiple spam messages being sent out.

I asked them to show me the message that showed I was locked out due to multiple spam emails being sent out, and they did not send it, since it did not exist.

The salesperson at Lead Liaison, Chris Eklund, called me to tell me how he could easily reinstate my account to good status and make it all work once again right away as long as I paid him $11,000 for another annual contract.

This is after I paid $2500 for the first year of access.

This company uses deliberate tactics to scare users into renewing their contracts.

They cancelled my account access with no right to do so, before my paid time was up, thus removing all aility to market on our website. 

By doing so, Lead Liaison has kept our website from being able to send and receive emails, send out auto-responder messages, and market for the past 8 weeks, resulting in a loss of over $10,000 year over year.

I recommend to anyone out there to avoid using Lead Liaison at all costs.

At Lead Liaison, our highest priority is customer satisfaction, and we have staff available 24 hours a day to help our customers get the most value from our services while complying with federal law.  The author of this post did not have a direct contract with us, but rather was using a license through a third-party, and did not seek training from Lead Liaison on the CAN-SPAM Act.  To ensure all of our customers get the most return on their investment, we provide them valuable information on industry, ethical, and legal standards for marketing and assist them with compliance.

Lead Liaison will continue to offer the very best sales and marketing automation software, and our employees are fully committed to providing customers with the best service in the industry.
