BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYS MERCHANT SERVICES NOR THEIR GIFT CARD SERVICE.THEY RIP U OFF.THEY HAD BEEN CHARGING MONTHLY ,ANNUALLY AND SO MANY CHARGES THAT U DONT EVEN KNOW THAT EXISTED.AND WHENEVER U CALL THEM THEY DO NOT RESPOND OR THEYSAY U GOT TO DEAL WITH DIFFERENT DEPT,AND U NEVER GET NY REPLY FROM THEM.

I HAD BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE FOR THE PAST 5 YRS AND THEY HAD BEEN ACTUALLY CHARGING EXTRA FEES AND THE CUSTOMER SERVIC FEES,DONT KNOW WHAT THAT FEES IS FOR TH PAST 2 YRS....AND WHEN I ASKED THEM THEY SAID THEY CAN RETURN IT BACK FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS AND THEY CAN ONLY DO THAT SINCE THE OTHES ARE ALL TOOOO OLD TRANSACTION THAT THEY CANNOT HELP.....

WELL DID I GET THAT 3 MONTHS CHARGES ATLEAST NO........THEY SAT THEY WILL DO IT NEXT BILLING CYCLE.AND THE SAME THING REPEATED AND I NEVER GOT IT BACK...I KEEP CALLING THE SAME THING HAPPENS.....SO I SAID I AM GOING TO CUT MY SERVICE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE,THEY SIMPLY CANCELLED MY GIFT CERD SEVICE AND CHARGED $125 FOR THAT.......I SUDDENLY SAW THE CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!!!!

THEY SAID THAT I LEFT A MESSAGE ABOUT CANCELLING GIFT SERVICES,WELL I SAID THEM I WAS ENQUIRING ABOUT CLSING MY SERVICE BUT I DID NOT ASK U TO....WELL IJUST HAVE 3MONTHS TO GO ON MY CONTRACT WHICH IS LIKE 12 DOLLAR MONTHLY.IT WOUL HAVE BEEN JUST 36 BUCKS IF I WAITED TILL MY END OF CONTRACT......

WHY DID U CHARGE MY GIFTCARD AND I WANT MY CONTRACT TO GET OVER WITH.BUT THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY FOR RECOONECTION FEE FEW HUNDRED BUCKS AND SERVICE OF 2 YRS AGAIN.......WHAT A NUISANCE COMPANY.........NO PROFESSIONALISM......,THEY JUST RIPPED ME OFF ALL MONEY LET ME SEE HOW THEYU WILL SURVIVE CHEATING PEOPLE.THEY WILL REPENT FOR IT.

Leaders Merchant Services would like to apologize to this merchant for the experience she has had with our company.
This merchant claims she was with us for over 5 years and we have been taking fees extra fees from her account. LEADERS has a full disclosure policy and all rates and fees she has been charged were disclosed to her in her SIGNED contract and terms and conditions. However, as a courtesy, LEADERS offered this merchant a one -time credit of $30.00. This was credited back to the merchant's account on 8/14/08.
LEADERS also helped this merchant set her business up with gift card services through a third party vendor called Global E-Telecom. If this merchant has issues with the services or fees this company had charged she will need to contact them at 888-481-0757 as the merchant has a completely separate contract with them.
Once again LEADERS would like to apologize for any misunderstandings she may have had with our company.
