Leading Edge Logistics LEADING EDGE LOGISTICS DOES NOT PAY BILLS AND NOW DOES NOT ANSWER PHONES Broomfield Pennsylvania

MCC has hauled two loads back to back for this agency and used our factoring company to receive payment in the amount of $12,644.00.  Both loads were overdimensional and required pilot cars.  The lease drivers were paid by us as were the pilot cars.  After 90+ days of non-payment the factoring company charged this amount back to us. 

Repeated calls to Leading Edge has gotten us nothing.  Joan in AP, Lisa (who is her boss) and all calls to the "Acting Comptroller" John Cohen are left un returned.  We have been promised payment over and over and have received nothing.  Now no one answers the phones at all.  We have turned this account over to a Collections Attorney and have filed against their bond.

We are also pursuing their customers who have already paid LEL.  This is the second time in 10 years that LEL has run this scam and I am sure they will reorganize and do this again.
