Ordered & then within a hour cancelled via their Customer Service link.

Trial offer still sent & again emailed Customer Service via their link to cancel any further shipment(s) & was also not honored or responded to.

Phone is voice messaging only & (NEVER) responded to.
Second shipment charged $99.90 to Credit Card with further complaints (NEVER) responded to.

Saved all emails & documentation forwarded (ALL) documentation to Federal Consumer compaint agency that agreed they had violated State & Federal law.

Citation issued & refund to me required as part of citation settlement.

I suggest all who had or will be bilked also save all correspondence/communication in order to validate unwanted shipment & charges & forward to Federal Consumer Fraud division for satisfactory resolution.

To File a COMPLAINT, contact Division of Consumer Protection @ 1-801-530-6601. You must have very good documentation for submission as part of complaint. I was told if enough consumers who complained & submitted good records, this operation would be either shut down & or heavily fined for these business practices. I was successful at recovering those fee's charged & you can be also with proper undisputable documentation.

Also, cancel your Credit Card immediately & have a new one issued to avoid any further charges to your old CC account.

Hope this helps in nailing them & getting them shut down!
