LeanLifePM ripoff Ontario California

Just like so many others, I responded to an email on 11/17/05 to receive a free PSP player. All I had to do was pay $6.95 shipping on a free trial of LeanLife. I gave them my credit card information. However, after reconsidering the offer I emailed LeanLife back a few minutes later and cancelled. I received an email back from them on 11/18/05 telling me that my auto-membership had been cancelled. I still received the sample bottle and was charged the $6.95. Then a few days later I received another shipment. I found out on December 15,2005 that $99.90 was charged to my account on December 1, 2005. I called LeanLife on December 15th and they said that they had no record of me cancelling. I then faxed them a copy of my cancelation e-mail. They told me that they would look into it and call me back. I have yet to hear from them. I left several messages with no response. Finally, on February 7, 2006 I sent the unopened package of pills back to LeanLife with a letter requesting reimbursement. I have confirmation that they received the package from the post office, but I have yet to hear from them nor have I received a credit. After reading this site I fiqure my next step is to contact my credit card company.
