Leanrx dishonest and fradulant stealing credit card information, and money Ontario California

I checked my credit card balance today, I had a deposit made onto my credit card yesterday, but it did not reflect on my card. I called the bank that issues my deposits and they stated to me that lean rx had taken 49.95 from my credit card, I was told that I can not dispute the transaction because leanrx is holding on to the funds.

I called 1-800-304-8447 I got a messaage after entering my credit card number saying that a refund has been issued. I have never heard of this company nor have I been to their website before. The money that was taken from me was to be used for my childrens transportation to and from school.

When I call the 909 number, I get a recording saying that all of their representatives are busy and to leave my phone number for them to return my call. I am going to 19 action news on this matter because this company needs to be stopped.
