Learn And Grow Engineering Services Pvt Ltd. the company took Rs.33708/- from me for training purpose and cheated me by not giving any proper training and now they are refusing to refund my money Jabalpur madhya pradesh

The company recruited 15 students from our college named pkace, bargarh and they told to pay Rs.25000/- plus service tax.They even told that they will be giving laptop and training kit, that's why they are taking the money.

But during the time of taking the money they took Rs.33708/-(Rs.30000/- and rest service tax).The managing director then told us that they are taking the money for training purpose as because they hire trained engineers in their company.

The training was for 45 days(15 days in house training and 30).We got 2 days in house training and thats too not seriously.After that they send us to chennai for site training.There we got training without any kit.They trainer were also advising us to force the company to give the kit because they were well aquinted with the company.

After 10 days of site training we got vaccation for diwali and when we asked our joining date,our technical head Mr. Pankaj Dixit told us to be in contact with him to know about the joining date after vaccation.Upto 10 days neither we received any phone call nor any mails.

We then called our technical head regarding our joining but he told us that he will inform us within 15 days.After 15 days when we called him he again postponed the date and this procedure goes on.

After 2 and 1/2 months I received a call from our assistant technical head Mr. Abhishek Tripathy to go to pune for joining and that's too the appointment.

When I told my father to go to pune for posting, he asked me about the appointment letter and I called Mr. Tripathy as well as the HR head Ms. Rajni Chettiar about the appoiniment letter. And she refused me to give the letter and cut the phone.

The next day I received a call from the HR head not to go to pune. She told me that I will have a telephonic interview from one of the client within and after that she will tell me where to go.I didn't receive any call from the client for 3 days. I again called the HR head regarding the telephonic interview. She then told me to move to coachin for joining and I will not be interviewed by any client. I then asked her for the appointment letter and she refused to give that. She told me that I will be having the training over there for 35 days.

It was clearly mentioned in the offer letter that after succesful completion of training of 45 days the appointment letter will be issued. During training period we didn't get any salary which was mentioned earlier. With the order of going to coachin when I asked about the salary the HR head told me she will give me the basic salary during training.When I told her that the things mentioned in the offer letter are not happening how can I believe u that you will give me the basic salary which you are telling by phone. She then argued with me and told me that the choice is upto me whether to go to coachin or not and cut the phone.

My grandfather called the HR head again asking to refund the money and she refused to do so.My grandfather told the monry was taken for training purpose and neither a single money was spend during the training and she cut the phone.

Among 15 students 2 students got another job among which I am one of them and 2 students decided not to join the company amd rest 11 students are working but their job is very pathetic.

My cousin then told me about ripoff report and now I'm filing a report to get my money back as because my family is having financial problem and Rs.33708/- is a very big amount for us.
