I bought a program (that was a software product) called Ezine Article Creator Toolkit. I downloaded it, but the downloaded file is defective and there is no way to access the program or to use it.

I received a receipt for $19.97 from 2CO.COM, without an email address that I could email to to ask for a request. The email with the request said that I can only address any issue regarding this purchase in their website (which was learnbusiness.com, but which doesn't have ANYWHERE any way to contact them - not a phone or an address or an email address.

Therefore, I CANNOT get or even ask for a refund for a product that doesn't work.

I've purchased a few other things from that company - they force you from one page to another with more and more offers, and most of their products are outdated, full of bugs, you are either unable to download them, or once you download them, the downloaded file doesn't work - and the sell and give as gifts countless such defective products, but at least everything else that I purchased from them was through Clickbank, which gives refunds unconditionally upon request.

Only for this program I was charged by this unknown company (2CO.COM), which doesn't give you any way to contact them in anyway for anything, including a request for a refund.
