Lease Finace Group -CIT ripoff agressive customer service, pain in the rear to get intouch with someone when you have a problem!! Chicago Illinois

OK well here I was another of the numerous customers of CIT who have been ripped off. To anyone trying do business with them stay, away, it will save you the stress, and big money, trust me. Like many of you complaining about the contract, that was exactly the same thing that happened to me, that is why i decided to write this lines I had to ask for the contact because it was a contact that I was not provided when I signed the lease. But what I would really like to complian about is ther customer service. Whenever you are calling them to pay them they will answear you, but when you have a problem expect long waits, unethical reps, and then when they dont want to hear from they will keep transfering your call untill they lose you. To keep it simple, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! And their associated US BANK CARD they will soon be sued from me they have been holding 5500 since October 2004 and they dont wnt to release it, even tough the chargeback term ended along time ago.
pretty soon I predict they will go out of business, you can search for CIT and instead of a getting the company website, you get result full of complaints.
