Lease Finance Group I was told they were going to file suit and to govern my self accordingly New York , , New York

In regard to the negative reporting , or threats there 0f by Lease Finance Group to the various credit bureau's  I have offer the following explaniation .A company  of which I was an officer had tried to use them for credit card processing . The company was founded by me and  a partner  John . John had retired from a very high position in Washington D.C.John Was the president and financial provider and I was the technical part of the deal .John was waiting on a kidney transplant and spent a lot of time with the doctors and hospitals

The day of the contract signing he was in the hospital for more testing etc.The salesman for Case Processing representing Integrity Services , which rersents LFG. came by and put the contracts on my desk for signing , All  blank Including a personal guarantee I told him do you think I'm a complete idiot  and he left in a huff .His supervisor came by later without the personal guarantee and I guess I am an idiot , as I singed  the contracts as an officer of the corporation.  

This also had direct bank withdrawals involved and I was told thats the only way it can work.We started using the machines and watching the withdrawals growing to over three  hundred  a month when I was told it would be $90.00per month.About  this time John took a turn for the worst  and pased away.The company was in the process of closing down and   repeated phone calls to LFG to stop the withdrawals went unanswered. I tried to cover the siuation with my personal credit cards from Chase which now has caused me personal credit  problems.

LFG is now coming after me with a forged Personal Guarntee threating law suits, ruining my credit and  that they have turned it over to the credit bureau's as a charge offor colection account. This is the worst batch of thieves I've ever been exposed to  in my long life .
