Lease Finance Group Northern Leasing Systems, Inc Rip Off New York New York

 They came after me years after I had stopped doing business with them for Lease that they claimed I broke. They are  using the New York court system to garnish peoples account. They garnished twice the money they claimed that I owed and started running after me to pay thesame amount again. There is a lady who claims she is in from their legal department...she goes by different names making it look like you have been talking to different persons. But the name that she goes by more often is Darielle George (Not sure if this is her real name).

She claimed double the amount (running into thousands) was just a restraint and the money will be released to me once I pay again. I asked her to put this in writing, she put everything in writing except for the fact that the amount already restrained will be returned to me once I paid them for the 3rd time. I called my bank and I was informed that the money garnished has already been released to them since February of this year of which Darielle George did not mention to me.

I asked her again to ensure the amount garnished would be returned to me and this should be stated in the agreement letter that they sent to me but she did not. I started making payments again but when I realized this company can not be trusted as I have read so many reviews about them I immediately called my bank to stop the direct debit that they are making to my account. I have paid them over a thousand again and I have filed a claim to get my money back from them.

Darielle George then called again to demand for the remainder of the money of which I mentioned what my bank told me, she then said my bank told me wrong and that is not how it works. Who should I trust...Darielle George or my bank. I told her that I am going to file complaints with the Attorney General of New York and She then treathened me and said I can go and file complaints we will see how that goes that she does this all the time. If the money was still with my bank then I would call it a restraint, but the money was released to them several months bank and this poorly educated assistant sits in their legal department or credit collection agency threatening people with the court system.

I got a credit card machine in 2008 returned their machine after the business folded up around same year and little did I know that I was tied into a long lease and up till today they are still pursuing after people. They have been sued in the past for something similar in the past and they paid back to all the people that they wrongly got money from. They milk the the New York Legal System to their advantage and I am of the opinion that the Legal system should step in a second time to help former customers if not they will continue their practices of using peoples identity to destroy their credits and compel banks to release money. If you have already garnished twice the amount based on the garnishment order that you got why are you still running after thesame person to pay again for the amount you claimed they owed.

The funny part is when they communicate with you via email, they never leave you with a return email for you to send response back to them .....very smart isn't it?
