John D Carlson, Attorney for Leasecomm Located in Bakersfield California, has haunted me for the last five years, as a result of a judgement found against me in Woburn Mass 10 years ago. He has frozen my bank account once and I am sure he will successfully do it again. He has forced me into court, where I was required to even list jewelry that I own, as well as family heirlooms. My voice has never been heard once by a judge although I did try to correspond with the courts during the whole fiasco. My comments were thrown out because Leasecomm claimed I did not put the arguments in the legal format (it was a handwritten letter to the judge)...The fact that they used 'well documented, fradulent means' to acquire the contract in the first place, means nothing to the state courts that are enforcing these 'judgements', nor do the courts enforce the FTC rulings that would require a hearing in the state the contract was signed in. I dont understand. Is there anybody who can give me guidance.
