i just joined the fire dept. on 3-18-2009 and i was wanting to get some red/red // red/white lights for my vehicle so i looked around and looked for weeks than finally ledoutfitters popped up so i viewed their web site and seen they were prob. just getting on their feet...

so i looked and looked for weeks on this site and than my FD checked came in.. i went and i made a last looked before buying it.. and i was sold... placed a order for one single light (smx4) which is now the sem4 placed it for r/r and it had a 3-5 day shipping date....

about 8 days later i got the lights and opened the box to see 4 smx4 lights in it... i started to look at the lights and i seen that some were also missing flanges, which i really didnt need them. hooked them up one at a time to figure out that one 1/2 of the lights didnt even come on,.. so i walked inside to my laptop (pan. toughbook) and got on my 5/3 account to see that i was charged for 4 instead of one... i was so mad i called led outfitters the next day to complain,

i was very upset about all of this the guy (mike) reinsured me that this would all be taken care of. so i was like oh okay thanks he sent me a the adress and i sent him the lights back....... 4 weeks pass and i call after checking my bank account still it was charged not pending or canceld so i called ledoutfitters to figure out what happen mike said that he never got it and to wait about another week before calling

a week goes by i call, hit the number to cust. service, rings rings, click. i called back same thing. so i decided that i was out of my money on 4 led lights that were $49.99 ea. x 4

months goes by and i called mike answers and states if i become apart of his co. he will give me a $230 credit for anything i want so i was like okay....so i was under the impression that this money could help me out from this other crap.. 

WRONG

i told him the lights i wanted he informed me they were in the mail and they should of been their he asked me to verified my name address phone and birthday.... so i did and he said it should be their within the week.

to this day i still havent recieved anything www.ledoutfitters.com is a scam and you should try and stay away from them now i use (((competitors' names redacted))) . 

ledoutfitter owes me still $239.96

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
