I took a vehicle into Lee Myles to have some work done on it. I thought it needed a fuel pump. They fixed the water pump instead and installed it wrong. They have messed up my engine. I'm going to harrass them until I'm satisfied that the vehicle is in good running order.

too strong of a word...

AUTHOR: Terri - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 16, 2006

More details please?

Did THEY say you needed a new fuel pump or did you just assume you needed a new fuel pump?

Perhaps the water pump was the problem and they didn't fix it right?

Did you inform them they screwed up your engine? How is it acting different? You need to be more in depth with your details, it will help us and Lee Myles more if you do that.

And, harrassment is a bit harsh to say... Perhaps "I'm going to pursue this matter until I'm satisfied that the vehicle is in good running order." would be more appropriate and polite.
