Took my 4300 made all kinna promises that were all lies. The Owner Lee Stockton couldn’t answer a sing question I wanted answered. SCAM Alert!!! It’s been almost a year still getting billed. And as far as Custmer Service HA HA nonexistent. Now come to find the info I have from there visit phone numbers and address all are changed. Yeah and to cap it off now my credits dinged because I was told it would be done and not to pay it. Trashy opperation Thanks, Bobby

I am the owner and manager of Timeshare Outlet LLC, a timeshare exit company with internet address: timeshareoutlet.org. We are a group of Timeshare professionals that have over 20 years combined industry experience. The Company has developed a unique strategy to help people legally exit their Timeshare property and has many safisfied Clients, having their Timeshare properties cancelled by the Company.
The complaint report in question, dated December 03, 2017, filed by a "Bobby-Iowa" is fictitious. The Company has never had a "Client" in Iowa nor travelled to Iowa at or prior to that time. . I was never contacted by this "Bobby". i have always answered questions proposed by the Clients of the Company, engaged in all aspects of customer service, and have phone nunbers and addresses easily found on line or otherwise. I would request any authenticated, signed documents, evidencing the transaction being reported. It is my belief that the report originated by a disgruntled ex-employee.
