Lee's offered a written contract to supply me with 320 oz. of 90% silver dimes for $4700. I accepted the offer and paid in full with U. S. Postal money orders. They did not ship any coins until after about 20 E-mails after they received the money. Finally, after 20 days I received only 103.53 oz.  After several more e-mails and phone calls and days, I received another 175.32 oz., still short 41.15 oz. At the price agreed, this amounts to a shortage of $604.49. They refuse to send the balance of coins or pay the $604.49 due me. They accuse me of stealing from they and ripping them off, because I won't accept only 278.85 oz. instead of the 320 oz. as written in their contract. After 24 days of communications they started a "switch" saying the contract was for $320 face value of coins. (This is Clearly not the case in the contract). They called on the phone acting very nasty and threatening me with legal proceedings if I persist in trying to get the $604.49.

This company lies

Everything in their rebuttal is a lie.  You were sent the copy of actual e-mail where they offered to sell me 320 oz. of 90% silver coins for $4700 delivered. There is nothing involved about the spot price of silver, only 320 oz. of 90% dimes at $4700.

Everything else they state is untrue. Whatever the price of silver went to is irrelevant. 320 oz of 90% silver dimes at $4700 is non negotiable. Any smokescreen about what price they paid or profit has no bearing.

jThis deal was made online by e-mail, and phone conversations did not enter into the contract, nor would they even be acceptable.

Mr Sides.

Order was for silver dimes when silver was almost $17.00 an ounce.

We sold him better condition Dimes at $14.00x Face which is almost the only way junk silver is sold, If it was per ounce obviously the price would have been more then spot of $17.00 Not less. Unfortunatly not that much longer Silver Dropped to $12.00 an ouince.

That is when he started complaining and found an Email from salesmen who wrote ounce instead of face. This deal was done over phone and he was well aware it was face value. He has went all the way to long Island DA We sent in all paper work to DA

What he recieved invoices of what we paid invoice and what he was charged profit margin all phone records. And we won. Because of principle we woulod not just give money back and take aloss for a fair deal.
