I purchased a tradeline on March 12, 2016 for $575.00. Once I made the deposit at the Chase branch, I texted Jason letting hm know that my payment had been made and that I had submitted my contract. He confirmed that he had received the contract and the he would get it processed.....fast forward....as of today I have not received a tradeline or a refund. I have contacted customer service via email/phone and I have also spoke with Jason on the phone and was reassured that he would look into it. But nothing has been resolved. I have filed a claim with the BBB and Legal CPN has not responded to my complaint. All I am asking is for my money back.

I have send them copies of the receipt from Chase. I have emailed me requesting a refund and I have spoke with some lady in customer service but no resolution has been made.
