In reponse to the review, it would be helpful if we had more information. Our firm has been on record with the Florida Bar since 1971, in good standing, with not one complaint. We make sure we stay in the strictist of compliance with the bar, and adhere to the Board of Ethics. Our administrators are all trained on an ongoing basis of qualifying clients and staying current with the ever changing guidelines of the lenders. We never guarantee a principle reduction. We always try to negotiate for one if the house value calls for it, but never guarantee one. We have never hesitated to refund a client's money if when all supporting documentation has been received, we find that the client does not qualify with their lender. I invite the consumer who has posted this review to contact me to discuss any issues they may have. My questions are; is this person a past or current client? What "Attorney Laws" have we allegedly not followed? Whom guaranteed a principle reduction? Does he/she have a written guarantee from us stating such?
