Joey and Andrea Alaniz pretending that I was their Nurse in order to file a a rip off report against me and my nursing practice. This was in retaliation to our recent rip off report against them and their business "shepherds von Saur" for ripping us off and scamming $1700.00 from us. They are also conducting business under the name "German Shepherds of Texas."

I challenge them to provide proof of any and their accusations. I have never met them and the legal nurse job was a part time job from years ago. I don't practice in Legal nursing anymore. They were never clients of mine nor patients Of mine in the hospital.

Prove that I misrepresented myself as a physician?

Provide an example of my being unethical and my illogical understanding of healthcare.

Prove that my decision making is irrational making me very dangerous in complying with my license and professional requirements

Oh my God...are you kidding me? Joey and Andrea Alaniz have retaliated against me by attacking my profession as a nurse? Why is that? It's because just a few days ago I reported their fraudulent business "Shepherds Von Saur" for ripping me off. We paid them $1700.00 for puppies and guess what? No puppies...No refund!

Please see my ripoff report as well as another individual whom they have recently scammed $750.00 from on this website under their names. No puppy for her either!

My Legal Nurse business was an old part time job I started years ago that I don't even do anymore. They are grasping at straws now.

Once again, they have lied in an attempt to defame me by reporting in "text" that I had claimed to have been a doctor. Why in the world would I do such a thing? I have proudly been a RN for14 years and have zero reason to misrepresent myself as a physician. I'm not the fraudulent seller...just the sucker buyer.

And by saying "only" a nurse...just shows the disrespect you have for the people in this world that help YOU! That's the second time you have posted that comment. You couldn't handle one minute in my shoes as "only" a nurse...nor do either one of you have what it takes to even be associated with such an amazing and respectable career.

A physician? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. If anything, they have misrepresented themselves as legitimate "dog breeders."

I have never even met these frauds, much less provided medical care to them, anyone in their family and/or anyone they know.

In fact, I would hope that this FALSE report NOT made in good faith regarding my nursing practice will only prove to the Judge the alaniz' pathetic attempts at keeping us quiet.

This is obviously a retaliatory attempt at defaming my character.

Their is no truth to their claims in this report of vengeance. FYI: They have also threatened to call mine and my husbands employers for reporting our horrific experience with them.

It is our duty as consumers to inform others of the alaniz' thieving, crooked unprofessionalism, and most importantly misrepresenting themselves as legitimate "dog breeders." I guess this is their first poor attempt at bashing my career.

What's so pathetic is obviously how sneaky and immoral they are by pretending to have had a medical encounter with me as their nurse just to make a false rip off report against me. WOW! It's got to be a photo finish on which one of you is smarter than the other.

Moreover, they are professionals at doing what they do best...LIE! LIE! and more LIES! This type of behavior on their part is what got them into this position in the first place.

They are only bringing more attention to their cold hearted, venomous, vengeful business practice. They continue to prove us right regarding our claims of being ripped off by 2 immoral, greedy, scamming SNAKES!

I would like to thank them for being so pathetic and giving us the proof that we need regarding defamation to give to our lawyers.

They have only made themselves look worse. And yes...I am very disgusted by Joey and Andrea Alaniz' behavior...however this has ZERO to do with my professionalism as a nurse. This is about being screwed out of $1700.00. These 2 could make Mother Theresa angry (RIP).

Remember...this entire dispute is about your fraudulent business practice not my anger towards you both for scamming us out of $1700.00. This jacked up transaction doesn't have anything to do with me being a nurse. Nice try though.

I doubt that anyone will side with y'all VS 2 members of society who's whole goal in life is to help others.

We are as realistic as they get...we've been hands on in saving lives, we have seen people die, we have consoled families in their darkest hours, we've made a positive difference in the lives of others, we have watched patients walk out of the hospital, whom without our immediate help would have most certainly died, we've exposed ourselves to sickness and disease just to help people, people like YOU! And you have the nerve to scam two hardworking individuals out of $1700.00? And the audacity to make false claims about our patient care...when we have NEVER even met you?

As well as negatively affect Our kids who have cried over and over 2 puppies that never quite made it to our home. Thanks a lot for that.

You guys are really gonna get yourselves into big trouble legally for this false report against my career.

What's entertaining is that It's not going to affect my career one bit...but it will negatively affect your business and reputation as decent and honest professionals.
