Legalzoom Overcharged without authorization Cocoa Beach Florida

I too have had that same $299 charge, without authorization, versus the previous year RA charge was $159. When I called they just said "it is an upgrade to provide documentation digitally" and they were not going to credit me. Plus the customer support girl threatened me with loosing my business if I dropped them as my RA. Mafia style of customer service, gotta like that!  They will not respond the several emails or tweeter request I have sent; even though each one results in an automated response stating they will get back to me within two days. Truth be told even at $159 it was a rip off for RA services with  regard to a small LLC.  Bottom line, if you use them past start up, keep an eye on them and double check their work. Personally I have fired them, just waiting for the term to run out.
