The transmission went out on my 650cc Discovery UTV, 4 months after I bought it while it was under an extended warranty . I spoke on Sept. 12, 2008,to Matt who said I needed to send them the VIN number which I did. I paid about $6,500 for this UTV.

Matt promised to get back to me and sent me the following email:
"I will put a new spider gear box on order for your 650 UTV. "

He never got back back to me. I sent several emails with no answer back. I called and got him on the phone and he said he never got any of my emails, although he had previously responded to one of them. (I have since learned that he says that to everyone.) No he told me that the transmission was out of stock in California and he had to order it from somewhere else. I waited months, and didn't hear from them, so sent another email that was unanswered. I called and got him on the phone and now he tells me that I have to take out the transmission at my own expense and SEND it to him so they can look at it before they can send me another one. I protested this, but he insisted that was how they did it, and even if they sent another transmission, taking it out and installing a new one was at my own expense. He then promised to email me a free mailing label for mailing it to them, within the day. I also complained that this was all taking so much time that I felt my warranty coverage should start again from when I got my new transmission. He promised to send a copy of the amended warranty too. I never heard from him after that, despite trying to call him many times, and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and always said he was in a meeting and I would have to call back. I called many times, with no luck talking to him, then asked to talk to the owner or a supervisor, but she said Matt was the only one I could talk to. When I told her I was thinking about reporting them to BBB, she said "take a turn in line".
To date, I have neither heard nor gotten anything from them and my UTV is sitting there with a faulty transmission after just 4 months, even though I paid for an extended warranty and spent $6,500 for it.
