Legion Limited Medical First Health/Axis Insurance company They sold me fraudulent insurance in the name of health Wayne Pennsylvania

Fortunately they got a 5 star rating on BBB with just 1 review which was made by one of them probably. Their broker told me that the insurance he is providing me covers not only my health but also dental and vision, so I happily bought it. After a month of staying with them I visited a dermatologist(Summit Dermatology) for some skin issues and a few days later I also went to a dentist office(The Springs Modern Dentistry) and they said me all they can do is provide me a discount off of my out of pocket price which was a 450$ off of 6200$. Later I recieved a letter from the dermatologist office that I gotta pay 45% out of pocket. And then I was doomed that what's going on, I am a taxi driver on weekends and suddenly I started a thigh pain and I called a few physical therapy/chiropractic offices and they says my insurance covers nothing. 

Finally what I discovered they are selling medical discount cards in the name of health insurance policies, I urge everybody to stay away from them every way you can.
