Lender's Direct PacTrust Bank Lenders Direct PacTrust Bank Mortgage Applicant Abuses Internet

PacTrust (via Lender's Direct) led me on for more than 3 months promising me a particular mortgage deal and dragging the whole process out then they changed the deal on me at the last minute, not being able to follow through on their many promises. I would avoid Lender's Direct and PacTrust like the plague unless you enjoy being mislead and having your time wasted. You have been warned; avoid PacTrust and Lender's Direct! Question everything they say since they are really not knowledgeable about what actually is and is not possible regarding the various programs. They will tell you anything to get you to place a deposit and then you will sit around waiting for months while they lead you on and then try to foist a less than optimal deal on you at the last minute that suits them but not you. RUN AWAY!
