Dealing with a company called Big Option in the UK, I was repetively lied to by the trader assigned to me, David Elias. After a two month wait on trading my funds, David asked me to hold off my withdrawl so he could turn a quick profit (so I could stay trading with his company) This was March 31, 2015 After 24 hrs on April 1, 2015, no trading was done so i re-instated my withdrawl of my funds, 2641USD, All I got from their support staff is "to-bad-to-sad attitude. That's the risk of trading," This withdrawl notice was ignored and David Elias and on April 2, 2015 he traded 2600USD away on a i hour trading session. I must add, David Elias traded for me in Feb 13,2016, Feb 18, 2015. and April 2, 2015, David lied to me on what he was going to trade on.
When I contacted Big Option support they would not give me David Elias's supervisor name or email. With documentation, I just wanted to plead my case. I am on disability and the funds I used were borrowed money on my checking account overdraft. David Elias knew all of this, and yet took advantage of me. To lie and take advantage of the poor is very hurtful and discusting. I will suffer for many months in lue of the unjust loss of my borrowed funds. This David Elias would not send any emails to me confirming his commitments to me. Now I know why!:
