Well, well, well. It looks like our old friends at Lenox Capital are upping the ante. They seem to be promising more credit, while raping our bank accounts. Being working Americans, this withdrawal usually puts us in the red, causing even more money to be taken out for "overdraft fees."

Listen, people. Your bank CANNOT charge you a stop-payment fee for something you NEVER authorized! Tell them you gave your banking information as a confirmation, but not to take ANY money out. No authorization, no fee. Filing what is called an ACH reversal with your bank does not cost anything! They also cannot charge you for any overdrafts that result from insufficient funds that were insufficient because of the unauthorized withdrawal.

Don't get scammed a second time by your bank, folks. Stand up for yourselves!

One last thing: Lenox Capital et al sells your name to another company and tells them that you agreed to change your long distance company. The company is called M1RLD and they then turn around and charge your account $49.95! (when does it all end!).

I recommend totally cleaning your account, then closing it and opening a new one. It is free (and inconvenient) and it offers you complete protection.
