Lenox Capital aka Fresh Start Inc. ripoff took 221.95 then disappeared consumer fraud ripoff Woodstock Georgia

said sorry, still havent received anything 4 months after they took my money

Back in September this company called promising a credit card in the amount of 2,500 and a package including things like gas rebates, grocery coupons, vacation package, etc. The fee would be 221.95. It had to be in the form of a check over the phone to verify an active checking account. So, I told them to take out the money on October1, 2002.

They did so promptly! I called my bank at around noon that day and the money had already been taken. About a month went by and I had not received anything,so I called. Thay told me there were printing delays. the next time I called they were upgrading the packages, which accounted for the further delay of one month.

Finally I found out I was pregnant and we had to move to a bigger place, I called them with my new adress and they werent interested at all. they said my package had been mailed out on December 4, 2002. It was now December 8th. I was irritated and said, thats fine, but don't you want my new adress, seems kindof strange. She hung up on me.

Of course I never received a package. I called again at the end of December. They again apologised and said they would send out a new package and it would arrive in 3-5 business days. Well, its now February 10, 2003 and thery're still sorry when I call and they keep sending new packages, and I still don't have a thing from them.
