This company is the same as 1 way photo and possibly CameraExpress. They advertise low prices on their website. When you place an order they call you back and say they can offer you a deal on a better product for the same price. They advertise cheap items on their website at a very high cost and then when they have you online they say that they can offer you a deal on them. They then ship it immediately and charge a 15% restocking fee for returns.

In my case, the purchase was made through my father (making him the victim on the financial end of this). I sent him the link to lenses n more for a lens that I was asking for for Christmas. This was the best price I could find online for the canon 27-85 mm IS USM. He placed the order. The next day they called him to offer a better lens and he asked them to contact me. I asked many technical questions and they had an answer for every one. He referred me to their website where the lens was advertised as $599. He was trying to get me to agree to this lens for the price of $359. I eventually agreed. He then said he'd throw in filters for $199. I said that was too much and so he quickly went down to $149. I agreed and we hung up.

He then called my dad to confirm. I did some research and called back when I saw that the filters were offered online for $149 and that I was not getting a deal, but the initial offering of $199 was just more of a rip off. I almost canceled my order at this point, but was talked out of it when he offered the filters for $99.


Later that night I had time to do more research. I contacted the company to cancel the order but was told it had already shipped. I did more research and found a ton of information about 1 way photo, the same company with a different name. All of the stories and names were exactly the same; rude, abrasive and condescending men and inflated prices (particularly on sigma lenses)on the website. The call back with the bait and switch seems to be the first and most common link with these three companies.
