Les Schwab Tires, lowered standard on service Sacramento California

I took my chevy pick up to Les Schwab Tire Store (Fulton Ave), I wanted to lowering kit put on, i specified a 4" front and 6" back, also new rims and tires.
Joe the manager guaranteed my happinesas they have done many lowering of trucks like mine.

When I went to pick up itwas so low that the tires were rubbing, I asked about why itwas so low Joe said it was a 5" front and 6" back lowering kit

I said it was to be a 4 6 drop, he said that this is what they sent by mistake so he just put it on any way. One week later I returned it to the store for the proper kit. I picked it up and noticed that the driver sidce front wheel was hanging out of the wheel well by at least 2", the passenger side front was where it was supposed to be tucked inside the wheel well, it shaked ralled and rolled, tires was chewed up I took back with complaints.

They switched tires put the chewed tire on the passenger side, this just created another chewed tire.

Took vehicle back 4 more times, they done something underhanded to my truck, they have not been truthful to what they done, it still shakes, rattles and rolls. I am taking it to an alignment shop for a proper alignment work. There is more to this than I can write but I spent $2200.00 for work to be done corretly and they guaranteed the work to my satisfaction, now they tell me not to come back and that my truck came off the factory line with the driver side wheel hanging out 2" more than the passenger side. I would think that Chevrolet has perfected their assembly line as to their front ends being the same on each side.

This store has been a nightmare in trying to get them to fix their screw ups, they lie and tell you anything to get you out of their hair, they accept no responsibility for their poor workmanship.

I am not done with this matter I refuse to be ripped off any longer.
