Les Schwab Lowest Quality Brake Job / Premium Price Gresham, Oregon

           This is simple. The parts used to perform my 1000 dollar + "Premium" brake job are obviously the cheapest crap available.  The calipers are extremely rusted.  The pads spew black dust on the rims. Cleaning the black dust from the rims is a daily task.  ( The vehicle is driven aprox. 10 miles a day).  The rust from the calipers and rotors sticks out like a sore thumb. Rusty water drips onto the front rims.  The corporate office explained to me that bare metal parts rust , insulting my intelligence.  I proceeded to tell them what the word "Premium" means. Premium calipers are painted in the areas critical to appearance and/or function. Premium brake pads are made from material that limits debris and allows longer service life of both the pads and rotors.  Premium mechanics know the difference.  This vehicle has been driven less than 800 miles since the brakes were done.  Beware folks.
