 I am a 77 y/o Disabled Vet with 100% VA disabilility. Les Zieve is attempting to steal my family home of 26 years for the benefit of 3rd party servicer Reverse Mortgage Solutions of Spring Tx. I am living in my family home. Due to my disability I was not expected to out live my younger sister, Nancy Anderson, so Mom deeded the family home to Nancy. Nancy was dignosed with Cancer, Dementia and an Anurism IN 2006 SHE DIED IN 2008.. She was in a nursing home when she was sold a preditory loan on our family home in 2006. I was left off in error. Her treating doctors testified she did not have mental capacity to contract. The loan was sold by Seattle Mortgage Co. Servicing was taken over by Bank of America,BAC, Three chain of title and securitization reports were conducted by expert fraud examiners. There testimony with affidavits state they can find no connection from Seattle to BAC. The reports show a broken chain of title and the note never was put in the REMIC Trust, a Classic Glaski case. All three audits testify than BAC nor Reverse Mortgage Solutions has any standing as to the alleged loan whatsoever. The home was deeded to me free and clear of any liens by the Lake County Probate Court in 2011. BAC did a full reyconvayance on 5/5/14. Reverse Mortgqge Solutions hired Les Zieve to steal my home. Zieve refuses to respond to Qualified Written Requests asking who the entity claiming to be the real Creditor. Nor will he prove he represents any valid Creditor. Zieve ignores in violation of law a TILA Recission. Zieve steadfastly refuses any communicaton efforts while pressing to forclose on my family home that was deeded to me free and clear by the probate court on 4/7/11.

There have been a total of NINE Elder Financial Abuse reports filed by the VA and other doctors to the Lake County District Attorney, Califonria Attorniy General and the US DOJ. I was totally ripped of by a so called forclosure defence attorney milked me for 2 years and made a deal with BAC to steal my hame so she could get more money and I could get homeless for her benefit. Her name is Isabel Brown of Lake Port Ca. Brown and Zieve are a perfect couple. Evil.
