We Never Stole Anyone's Credit Card Number, This is an outright lie!

A new charter school was formed called Context in Temecula, California.  We supplied some embroidered and silk screened garments for the school and individual parent/student orders.  The school, without advance notice, ran out of funds and closed.

We had completed individual orders prior to the school closing and notified each parent that their personalized child's order was ready.  This specific individual had placed an order at which time she paid for it with her credit card which was charged by her and I have her signature on the sales receipt.  There was no theft whatsoever.  This is an outright lie.

This order was processed in a timely manner however She failed to pick up her order prior to the school closing.  This order was never cancelled.  Approximately six months later she called demanding we give her credit back  for her purchase.  I explained we still had the order that she failed to pick up and would be happy to give it to her.  She no longer wanted her  personalized order, with her  child's name embroidered because the school  had  closed.  I explained I could not do anything with her order as well.  The fact that she did not pick  up her order prior to the school closing was not our fault or responsibility as we had notified her on three separate occasions that her order was ready, again prior to the school closing.  This post was placed because we did not credit her back for a legitimate personalized purchase she made, charged and signed for.

We DID NOT steal her credit card or charge her card without her permission.  This order was never cancelled and it was processed in a timely manner.  This derogatory should be deleted immediatly.
