Levrac Inc Refuse to cancel purchase and contract under their own terms Fairport New York

My Girlfriend did a In Home Demo of the Vacuum on Oct 21, 2021. the next day we decided to cancel the purchase. By the terms of the contract on the companies paperwork, we mailed in the simple little form to cancel the purchase.

We never heard from the company. We have tried calling them at least 6 times, left voicemails, and never received any response. to date the company is claiming they never received the cancellation form in the mail. I believe the proof of burden is n them, since their is no mention of sending the form by certified mail, or needs to postmarked by a certain date.

It simply states to mail in the form. We have tried in good faith to get the company to abide by their own terms as well as the states cancellation terms, but they are refusing. I simple want to return the vacuum and cancel the purchase.
